How much does delivery cost?
Delivery can be arranged from £199 + VAT 1 to:
- Your home address or your business premises
Additional charges may apply for nominated delivery dates or specific locations.
Can I collect my vehicle instead of having it delivered?
Yes, if you would prefer not to pay for delivery you can collect your vehicle free of charge from your closest Van Monster branch where the vehicle is listed.
If the vehicle is not located at a location convenient for you, we can arrange for it to be transferred to another Van Monster branch or Northgate Collection Centre from £199 + VAT 1. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged directly to your home or business for the same charge.
Please note:
- Northgate Mobility collection centres are not Van Monster branches
- Vehicles cannot be browsed or purchased at these locations
- Vehicles must be purchased before collection arrangements are made
- Do not travel to a Northgate Collection Centre without having arranged an appointment and receiving confirmation of appointment by email.
What's the difference between a Van Monster branch and a Northgate Mobility Collection Centre?
Van Monster branches are retail locations where customers can view, purchase and collect vehicles.
Northgate Mobility locations are not retail dealerships and do not hold Van Monster stock for browsing.

Can I finance a vehicle that is delivered?
Yes, finance options may be available subject to eligibility 7.
1 Van Monster offer to bring vehicles to you for your convenience. If you see a vehicle you like, we can deliver it to your door, or to the closest branch from £199+VAT. Nominated day deliveries are also available at an extra cost. T&Cs apply.
2 View Comprehensive Warranty T&Cs
3 Courtesy vehicles are subject to availability and as such we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide these. Like for like courtesy vehicles cannot be guaranteed. Any provision of a courtesy vehicle will be for a maximum period of 28 days and subject to a one off Insurance fee of £30 and damage excess set at £1500 will apply.4
4 Exclusions apply. All vehicles over 100,000 miles are covered for a period of 3 months or up to 5,000 miles comprehensive warranty. We will not provide any service under this warranty (including courtesy vehicles) in respect of: Vehicles being used (or that have been modified for use) in motor racing, rallies, speed or endurance tests; hire or reward (including courtesy vehicles).

8 At Van Monster, we understand the importance of keeping you on the road. If you are not completely satisfied with your van during the first 14 days from the handover, we will offer a full refund or a replacement (like-for-like or subject to availability), provided the vehicle is returned without damage and with no more than 500 miles added to the vehicle.
