Can I test drive a used van or commercial vehicle before I buy?
Yes, you can test drive any van that we have in stock. To arrange your test drive, simply get in touch with your local Van Monster branch. You can find contact information for all of our used van dealerships on our find a branch page.

Are all of the used vans shown online in stock?
All of the used commercial vehicles and vans shown on site are in stock at one of our branches. The branch where the van is located is shown under the vehicle details on our find a van pages. Alternatively, you can use our search features to find a van in a specific location.

Can I part exchange my existing vehicle for a Van Monster used van or commercial vehicle?
We offer part exchanges on our used vans and commercial vehicles. The amount redeemed against the value of the van you are purchasing will depend on the vehicle you are part exchanging. To find out more, get in touch with the team at your chosen Van Monster branch.

Will my used van come with a warranty?

Can I return the used van if I’m not completely satisfied?
We do everything we can to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you’re not, you can return your vehicle within the first 14 days from the handover to receive a full refund. Please note, the vehicle must be returned without any damage and with no more than 500 miles added to the clock.

Is breakdown cover included with my used van?

How many previous owners has my used van had?
At Van Monster, our used vans and commercial vehicles have usually only had one previous owner. Most of our vehicles have been owned by Northgate plc and have been fully maintained by our wholly owned network of workshops.

Our in-branch teams will be able to advise you further on the history of each of our used vans, so do not hesitate to ask.

Can I buy a used Van Monster van online?
Unfortunately, you are unable to purchase vans via the Van Monster website. Instead, use the website to find the commercial vehicle you like and give us a call or send us an email. Our helpful team will guide you through the rest.
