Van Monster Free Warranty
To offer you total peace of mind, we now provide a free comprehensive warranty on every Van Monster vehicle sold, for up to 6 months or 10,000 miles. Providing you with reassurance that your Van Monster vehicle is covered, all major components are protected under this free warranty.
We are confident that our free comprehensive Van Monster warranty will keep your vehicle working hard for you – and provide you with added security and peace of mind.

Van Monster Free Breakdown Cover
For additional peace of mind, your Van Monster vehicle is also covered for free breakdown and recovery. Van Monster vehicles are supplied with free breakdown recovery for 6 months or 10,000 miles from the moment you take delivery of your vehicle.

If you are in need of roadside assistance and purchased your vehicle prior to that date, please call 03300 555 378.

What do I do if I have a complaint?
At Van Monster, we aim to deliver exceptional customer service and quality used vans. If you have a problem and would like to submit a complaint, please send the details of your issue, as well as the branch you are dealing with, to firstname.lastname@example.org. A senior manager will respond to your email within 3 working days.
