Van Monster offer a multi-level extended warranty designed to offer you comprehensive vehicle protection. We still continue to offer our 6 month/10,000 mile free warranty for van purchases and 12 months or up to 6,000 miles for car purchases, but the extended warranty has been developed for those who want greater security and peace of mind.

(i) TERMINATION : YOUR RIGHTS

You have a right to end this agreement. To do so, you should write to the person you make your payments to. They will then be entitled to the return of the Vehicle and to half the total amount payable under this agreement. If you have already paid at least this amount plus any overdue instalments and have taken reasonable care of the Vehicle, you will not have to pay any more.

(ii) REPOSSESSION : YOUR RIGHTS

If you do not keep up your side of the agreement but you have paid at least one third of the total amount payable under this agreement, we may not take back the Vehicle against your wishes unless we get a court order (In Scotland we may need to get a court order at any time). If we do take the Vehicle without your consent or a court order, you have the right to get back any money that you have paid under this agreement.

Northgate Vehicle Sales Ltd T/A Van Monster (FRN 663350) is an Appointed Representative of Consumer Credit Compliance Limited, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 631736).

The Permissions of Consumer Credit Compliance Limited as a Prinicpal firm allow Northgate Vehicle Sales Ltd T/A Van Monster to undertake insurance broking & credit broking. Northgate Vehicle Sales Ltd T/A Van Monster act as a credit broker not a lender and we may be paid a fee based on total amount of credit provided, calculated as a percentage of the balance financed. You will not pay more as a result of our commission arrangements.
