14 Day (500 miles) no quibble money back/vehicle swap guarantee

At Van Monster, we understand the importance of keeping you on the road. If you are not completely satisfied with your van during the first 14 days from the handover, we will offer a full refund or a replacement (like-for-like or subject to availability), provided the vehicle is returned without damage and with no more than 500 miles added to the vehicle.

Comprehensive Warranty inclusive of wear and tear

Our Van Monster comprehensive warranty supports you for 6 months or up to 10,000 miles on van purchase and 12 months or up to 6,000 miles with a car purchase – keeping you on the road and providing you with peace of mind that your vehicle is covered from the moment you drive away.

Extended warranties of up to 30 months are also available.

Price Match Guarantee

If you find the same vehicle, at a lower price elsewhere we will guarantee to match the price. To qualify for the Van Monster Price Match Guarantee, there are simple criteria that the vehicle must meet:

  • The vehicle must be located within a 50-mile radius of your nearest Van Monster branch.
  • The vehicle must be readily available for immediate purchase (not sold or reserved).
  • The vehicle must be supplied with the same warranty, same service history, and MOT.
  • The vehicle must be the same make, model, specification, colour, age, etc. must be verifiable by HPI and DVLA and have verified mileage within 500 miles of the relevant Van Monster vehicle.
  • The vehicle must be from a reputable motor dealer, not from a private individual. ***

Van Monster offer part-exchange including vehicles with outstanding finance.

Nationwide Delivery (Mainland only)

Van Monster offer to bring vehicles to you for your convenience. If you see a vehicle you like, we can deliver it to your door, or to the closest branch from £149+VAT*.  Nominated day deliveries are also available at an extra cost.

24/7 Breakdown and Recovery

Breakdown and recovery is available for 6 months and includes roadside assistance valid for mainland UK only.

Vehicle Driveaway insurance (subject to eligibility)

Driveaway insurance available covering the first 5 days after receiving your vehicle.

Van Monster Accident Aftercare Support

If you lose the use of your vehicle as a result of an accident that wasn't your fault, we can support you to stay mobile and get you back on the road as soon as possible, benefits of the aftercare service include:

Courtesy Vehicles

Courtesy vehicles are subject to availability and as such we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide these. Also be aware that like for like courtesy vehicles cannot be guaranteed. Any provision of a courtesy vehicle will be for a maximum period of 28 days.

Discounted Fuel Card (subject to eligibility)
