Can I collect my vehicle instead of having it delivered?
Yes, if you would prefer not to pay for delivery you can collect your vehicle free of charge from your closest Van Monster branch.
If travelling to a Van Monster branch is not convenient and you do not want delivery to your home or business, collection can be arranged from £199 + VAT from a Northgate Mobility collection centre.
Please note:
- Northgate Mobility collection centres are not Van Monster branches
- Vehicles cannot be browsed or purchased at these locations
- Vehicles must be purchased before collection arrangements are made
What's the difference between a Van Monster branch and a Northgate Mobility Collection Centre?
Van Monster branches are retail locations where customers can view, purchase and collect vehicles.
Northgate Mobility locations are not retail dealerships and do not hold Van Monster stock for browsing. Selected locations may be available as convenient collection points once a vehicle has been purchased.
