How this location works

Our Coventry Collection Centre is a handover point rather than a showroom, so vehicles aren't kept on site for browsing.

If you'd like to see a vehicle or take a test drive before buying, our team can arrange this at the Van Monster branch where it's located. Alternatively a movement fee can be paid to move a vehicle to the nearest Van Monster Showroom.

1 Van Monster offers to bring vehicles to you for your convenience. If you see a vehicle you like, we can deliver it to your door, or to the closest branch from £199+VAT. Nominated day deliveries are also available at an extra cost. T&Cs apply.

Can I View Vehicles at this location?

No. Vehicles cannot be viewed before purchase at this Collection Centre.

However arrangements can be made to view the vehicle either at the location the vehicle is currently located or your nearest Van Monster branch.

Can I Test Drive Vehicles at this location?

No. Our Collection Centres operate by appointment only, and vehicles are not stored at these locations, so test drives cannot be carried out there.

If you'd like to test drive a vehicle before purchasing, you can visit the Van Monster branch where the vehicle is currently located, or arrange for it to be moved to your nearest Van Monster branch for a movement fee.

Can I turn up without an appointment?

No. Our Collection Centres operate by appointment only, so please do not visit unless a collection has been arranged in advance. If you’ve purchased a vehicle and this has been agreed as your collection location, your sales representative will arrange your appointment with you.

If you’re unsure about your collection arrangements, please contact the sales representative handling your enquiry.

Can I Buy a vehicle at this location?

No. Vehicles cannot be purchased directly at our Collection Centres as they are collection points rather than sales locations. However, you can purchase your vehicle online or through our sales team and arrange for it to be moved to this location for collection.

Once your purchase is complete, our team will confirm your collection arrangements with you.

Can I collect a vehicle I purchased online?

Yes. If you've purchased a vehicle and arranged to collect it from this location, you'll be able to do so at the agreed collection time. If you're unsure whether this is your collection location, please contact the sales representative handling your enquiry.
